Role Responsibilities:
Promptly convert pilot/test data from clients into the various machine formats.
Promptly process, raise, and send of pilot data to production within 96hours of file receipt.
Promptly escalate defect files to line manager.
Ensure all required forms are filled (e.g. audit trails) promptly, accurately, and correctly – following laid down policies.
First level troubleshooting and resolution of personalization and networking issues.
Escalation of issues to (Card Data Operations Supervisor or Team Lead, EMV Operation) for second level support if issues cannot be resolved within 60 minutes of request. This is to be done on a 24 hours /7 days basis.
Maintain a product catalog for all Banks products, procedure for production, expected output file and chips type.
Ensure Product Catalog and all fields are completed.
Ensure PAT form is completed and logged on product Catalog.
Ensure to carry out a successful PVT Test on every pilot/test card.
Implementation/deployment of existing script for the same chip type.
Resolution of WIP/Pending production request.
Completion of Change notification statement CNS for Mastercard product request.
Prompt response to customer via email.
Diagnostic of PVT report.
General understanding of EMVCos and resources via https://www.emvco.com/Good understanding of EMV Book 1, EMV Book2, EMV Book 3 and EMV Book4.
Candidate will handle onboarding of customer request and hand over process to production manager and card operations supervisor at the end of UAT.
Candidate will work with team members to ensure on site 24hour support to production (Day and Night shift)Minimize losses to the barest minimum.
Customer Perspective Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers.
Technically liaise with partners and clients in terms of technical trouble shooting and complaints resolution.
