Employee Discount Scheme Executive at Konga Online Shopping Limited

We are seeking a proactive Employee Discount Scheme Executive to manage and drive the company’s employee discount program while also supporting online and corporate sales for our FMCG business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer the employee discount scheme across the organization.
• Monitor and verify employee eligibility and usage of the discount program.
• Drive sales through the employee discount platform and online channels.
• Coordinate corporate orders from partner organizations and internal staff.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare periodic reports.
• Liaise with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Address inquiries related to the discount scheme and corporate orders.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, administration, or FMCG operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online sales platforms is an advantage.
