Employee & Community Relations Officer at Fort Knox Group

Location: Mfamosing, Cross River State

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as on-site HR representative for all deployed staff.
• Monitor attendance, welfare, and performance.
• Handle grievances and ensure policy compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders and stakeholders.
• Address and resolve community or employee issues that may affect operations.
• Liaise with the client’s HR/Admin team and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Sociology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR or community engagement (preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Mfamosing.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
