Role Summary:

As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), you will play a crucial role in providing pre-hospital emergency medical care to patients at the scene of accidents, emergencies, or disasters. You will assess patients' conditions, administer life-saving interventions, and transport them safely to medical facilities for further treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to emergency calls and assess patients' conditions at the scene.
• Administer first aid, CPR, and other life-saving interventions as needed.
• Stabilize patients and prepare them for transport to medical facilities.
• Safely operate ambulances and ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Communicate with dispatchers, healthcare professionals, and other emergency personnel to coordinate patient care and transportation.
• Document patient information, treatments administered, and observations made during transport.
• Maintain ambulances and medical equipment in clean and working condition.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Proven experience working as an EMT in an emergency medical services (EMS) setting.
• Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
