JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manpower Management- Recruitment where necessary, training and development to enhance performance.
- Production planning to achieve Company’s set quality and quantity targets.
- Plant modification and new plant installation when the need arises.
- Repairs and Maintenance planning and execution.
- Production cost management and effective cost reduction program.
- Prepare the Factory for necessary certification.
- must be conversant with oil millproduction machinery/equipment
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as production supervisor (5-10) Years in an automated oil palm mill

must be a self starter willing to leave in the rural areas of our farm
