  JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manpower Management- Recruitment where necessary, training and development to enhance performance.
• Production planning to achieve Company’s set quality and quantity targets.
• Plant modification and new plant installation when the need arises.
• Repairs and Maintenance planning and execution.
• Production cost management and effective cost reduction program.
• Prepare the Factory for necessary certification.
• must be conversant with oil millproduction machinery/equipment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as production supervisor (5-10) Years in an automated oil palm mill

must be a self starter willing to leave in the rural areas of our farm
