Electrical Technician at Sun Metal Industries Limited

Job Description

• Executing plans of electrical wiring for well and other electrical system.
• Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment/ machines and other systems .
• Installing safety and distribution components.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connects wires through them.
• Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits.
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repairs, Substitute damaged units.

Requirements: Qualifications/Skills

• Trade Test, OND, HND & Degree in any related fields
• 3 - 5 years of relevant industrial experience in the position applying for.
• Candidates’ residence within Ota in Ogun state will be highly considered.
• High level of confidentially and integrity; very good interpersonal relationship and diplomatic skills
• Proven team spirit, result oriented with ability to work in a stressful environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Technical drawings and troubleshooting equipment to proffer solutions
• Planning, organizing and demonstrated ability to analyze facts and implement concrete solutions
• Very good in networking, decision making and problem solving skills in a multicultural organisation.
• Proven experience working in the manufacturing and Construction industry including ability to operate complex related equipment.
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Competence in the use of company standard software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
