Electrical In-Charge at PG Consulting Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of PLC, electrical automation systems, instrumentation, power distribution systems, and maintenance of medium voltage as well as low voltage.

Operational and Troubleshooting Knowledge: 

• Slip house- Continuous Ball mill and MTD, Spray drier- 65, 90,110, Press, Horizontal Drier, Glaze line, Digital Printing Machine, TF loading and Unloading, TGV, Kiln, Squaring, Polishing, Sorting and Packing (Sacmi, Techno Ferrari, Keda…etc.
• Fire alarm, Firefighting system, Substation- medium voltage and Low voltage, Utility- ETP, Compressor, chiller, Water pumps.
• Plan & coordinate with OEM for Annual/ Running hours maintenance. 
• Testing and commissioning of HV/LV equipment, Power Generating Stations, Transmission and Distribution System such asGenerator, Transformers, HT and LT panels incorporated with VCBs, ACBs, Switchgears and Protection relays inspecting and scheduling the proper maintenance activities.
• Troubleshooting of plant machinery with automation incorporated with PLC, different types of sensors, Transducers, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems.

Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:

• Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 
• Ensure equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and safety standards. 
• Close coordination and swift resolution of the issues in coordination with other departments to ensure all critical systems are operational.
• Operations and Maintenance of Utility, AC, Cooling towers, Strong technical knowledge of Utility Maintenance (LT/HT Panel, Diesel/Gas Generators, Transformer, Air compressor etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of the principles, practices and tools used in Electrical Mechanical maintenance for the betterment of machinery and the systems.
• Overall, the Plant load and utilities requirement design and load calculation. 
• Energy saving Initiatives, Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and operational costs in power and Fuel. 
• Stay up to date with new technologies, industry standards, and innovations in maintenance practices.
• Calibration and maintenance of the system of lab equipment and all related.
• Perform responsibilities of conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and its controls.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Instrumentation
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the relevant fields…. BE/B.TECH
• If the experience is good, any degree/diploma/engineering preferred.
• Strong computer skills
• Analytical mindset with a techno-commercial approach
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in English
• language knowledge is a must to communicate with national employees and for reporting purposes
• ceramic industry background(if applicable)
• Should have good Excel knowledge and exposure to fleet/service management solutions.
