Electrical Foreman at Prime Spectrum Nigeria

 The jobholder shall: 

• Supervise the activities of all electrical technicians and contractors. 
• Follow up on all intervention works and ensure routine maintenance are done successfully and promptly. 
• Support Electrical Supervisor in the design of new projects and modification of old ones. 
• Co-ordinates interventions and daily inspections/ maintenance of UPS and LIFT systems 
• Monitor the proper usage of electrical materials. 
• Participate in the update of electrical wiring diagrams. 
• Support the entire maintenance team in the achievement of its objectives. 
• Monitor the observance of HSE rules and regulations in all maintenance work by the electrical team. 
• Preparation, Validation and closing of PERMIT TO WORK 
• Preparation, Validation and closing of Inhibition Permit 
• Carries out any other duty as may be assigned to him by Hierarchies.

HSE CONTENT 

• Familiarize self with COMPANY’s emergency management procedures, carry out assigned responsibilities safely and report all incidences and unsafe acts at work. 

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Diploma in Electrical Technology or Artisan Certificate with relevant experience in major Office & Residential Facilities Maintenance. 
• 3-5years experience in electrical installation, UPS and power distribution system. 
• Good interpersonal relationship. 
• Personnel management skills. 
• Honesty and probity. 
• Computer Literacy.
