Electrical Engineering Manager (FMCG-Packaging Lines) at DexNova Consulting Limited

• We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead electrical operations within a food manufacturing environment.
• This role requires a strong background in industrial automation and packaging line systems, with responsibility for ensuring plant reliability, efficiency, and compliance with safety and food standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the electrical maintenance team across plant operations
• Oversee electrical systems supporting processing and packaging lines
• Drive preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across PLCs, control systems, motors, and packaging equipment
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and electrical safety standards
• Manage electrical maintenance budgets and support cost optimisation initiatives
• Collaborate with production and mechanical teams to ensure seamless operations
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability and energy efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
• 7–10 years’ experience within FMCG or food manufacturing environments
• Strong hands-on experience with automated packaging lines (essential)
• Proven expertise in PLC programming, industrial automation, and control systems
• Experience working with plant utilities (chillers, compressors, boilers, generators)
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams
• Sound understanding of GMP and food safety standards
