Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦250,000

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Electrical Engineer to support the maintenance and efficient operation of electrical systems, machinery, and utilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure uninterrupted production, optimal machine performance, and effective power distribution across the factory and offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment, machinery, and office appliances, ensuring timely execution.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maximize machine efficiency and ensure prompt response to electrical maintenance requirements.
• Support effective and reliable power distribution across the factory and office facilities.
• Participate in the servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of printing machines, including web and sheet-fed machines.
• Diagnose electrical and electronic faults and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Monitor electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with applicable safety standards and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably within a printing press or printing/manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of electrical power systems, machine power requirements, electrical and electronic components.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial machinery and printing equipment is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new technologies, and work effectively within a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.

Remuneration

₦180,000 – ₦250,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
