    EEP Program Lead

    Job Summary:

    • The EEP program lead is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and delivery of FATE Emerging Entrepreneurs Program (EEP). The role involves coordinating all activities, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve the Foundation’s objectives.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the successful implementation and delivery of the Emerging Entrepreneurs Program (EEP). Develop short-to-mid-term strategic growth plans for competitive and sustainable business outcomes.
    • Collaborate with the Senior Programs Manager and Head, Flagship Programs, to design, review, update, and implement robust program proposals, curricula, training plans, schedules, and modules. Ensure the program aligns with current best practices in entrepreneurship.
    • Work closely with internal teams, facilitators, faculty members, and industry experts to improve the quality, scope, and delivery of the programs. Coordinate all program work plans and activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Develop and implement action plans for standardized program management processes and tools. Create assessment tools to analyze program data, inform decisions, and evaluate program impact.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications department to ensure timely and appropriate publicity for the programs.
    • Prepare and submit detailed and timely reports on ongoing tasks, work plans, program progress, and impact.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Public Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
    • A professional certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or related discipline is an added advantage.

    Experience:

    • 3–5 years of experience working with senior executives or C-suite leaders, particularly in roles involving coordination with directors and equity stakeholders of medium-sized companies.
    • Strong interest and passion for the non-profit or development sector.
    • A good understanding of the Nigerian entrepreneurial ecosystem.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online collaboration tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Experience with feedback tools like Microsoft Forms or Google Forms.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on program quality.
    • Positive, energetic, and ambitious work attitude.
