To enhance our presence in Kogi market, we are hiring motivated Educational Sales Representatives. The role involves promoting and selling educational resources to primary and secondary schools, as well as bookstores. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills, with a focus on building relationships with educational stakeholders to achieve sales targets and drive growth.
Job Description
Promote and sell educational products to primary schools, secondary schools, and bookstores in the above locations
Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and bookstore managers.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers within schools and bookstores.
Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about market trends and customer needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with products.
Qualification & Required Skills
BSc/HND in Marketing or any related discipline with a minimum of second-class lower division or lower credit.
Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of two (2) years cognate experience in sales/marketing.
Ability to work independently and strategically
Not more than 35 years of age.
Good driving skills with valid driver’s license.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the publishing industry and familiar with the operating terrain.
Computer literacy
Good mannerisms with high social skills, integrity and strength of character.
