Role Overview:

The Editor will oversee content strategies, manage the editorial team, and ensure the highest standards of journalistic integrity and ethical reporting for Pinnacle Online, the digital news platform of Pinnacle Digital Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Pinnacle’s newsroom operations, ensuring smooth editorial processes.
• Design and enforce editorial policies and maintain ethical standards.
• Edit and improve news content for accuracy, clarity, and impact.
• Manage editorial staff, approve assignments, and monitor deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Programs Department to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• MSc/MA in Journalism/ Mass Communication, Social Sciences or a related fields.
• At least 5–6 years of editorial experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional editing, mentoring, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of online/multimedia publishing, SEO optimisation, social media management and digital platforms.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
