    Ecommerce Sales Executive

    Location: Ikeja, Lagos

    Job Summary

    • We are a tech-driven e-commerce company and we are looking to hire E-commerce Sales Executives to join our sales team.
    • As our sales executives you will be tasked with identifying new business prospects, improving our customer experience, executing customer orders fulfillment, maintaining our digital platform and generating revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and all other matters related to revenue generation
    • Develop and implement strategies to close sales opportunities and manage our sales processes.
    • Follow-up on key prospects and work closely with our sales team to ensure customers' orders are fulfilled.
    • Proffer solutions to customers' queries and give feedback to our leadership on market trends.
    • Develop and implement new sales innovations that generate revenue for the company
    • Identify, engage and assist in the development of vendor programs for new product lines
    • Build professional and trusting relationships with key customers, leverage existing relationships
    • Create clear, precise and properly detailed client program documentation.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or other relevant fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a sales executives or its equivalent.
    • Have knowledge of the ecommerce industry with online sales processes
    • Must be digitally inclined. Being familiar with the use of digital sales tool (CRM software, ERP etc.) is an added advantage.
    • Passionate about sales.
    • Must be result driven; possess ability to meet up or exceed sales expectations.
    • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must be adaptive and innovative.
    • Must be a team player.
