Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce activities, including sourcing vendors, managing orders, supervising drivers, and ensuring smooth operation of the business.
• The successful candidate will be practical, mobile, familiar with the Ibadan environment, and possess strong entrepreneurial and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage relationships with vendors to ensure a steady supply of food items.
• Collect and manage data of shop owners in Ibadan to build a robust customer base.
• Onboard new customers and shops while managing relationships with already onboarded ones.
• Oversee the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Supervise drivers to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of products to customers.
• Utilize computer skills to manage e-commerce platforms, process orders, and maintain records.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to shop owners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• He is going to be the brand manager too so he must post on socialmedia

Requirements:.

• Must be familiar with the Ibadan environment.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and sales experience.
• Ability to use a computer and e-commerce platforms effectively.
• Must have a mobile phone with the capability to handle business communications and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collect and manage data accurately.
• Experience in logistics or delivery management is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
