Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced growth marketer with strong technical skills, a strong background in conversion rate optimization and revenue optimization, experience executing initiatives to convert and retain customers, and the ability to use analytics tools well to make decisions.
• You will collaborate closely with multiple teams including content marketing team which comprises of social media, UGC/influencer management, and content creation.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our Shopify store front, and managing marketing campaigns that promote products on our website via the following channels: SEO, email automation, and Facebook ads. T
• his role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and expertise in various digital marketing tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all installed Shopify apps and third-party tools function correctly without breaking site performance
• Manage tool setup, app integrations, and configurations (e.g. upsell apps, reviews, loyalty tools)
• Manage email automation workflows (Klaviyo or equivalent from triggers to segmentation logic to revenue optimization.
• Build and maintain Zapier automations for cross-team workflows and internal productivity
• Monitor Shopify analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and other tools to diagnose drop-off or conversion issues
• Serve as the technical point of contact for internal teams with website/tooling requests
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across SEO, email automation, and direct response ads.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies using the tools at your disposal.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Be the responsible party on issues related to Shopify management and own the conversion rate optimization of our Shopify website.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Math or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience actively working on Email automation, SEO, and Facebook ads.
• Experience managing or running an online store on Shopify or Woocommerce
• Proven working experience in digital marketing (Facebook ads, SEO, email automation), particularly within the ecommerce industry.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Experience with creative analysis and creative testing as it pertains to Facebook ads.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics & SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs)
• Experience using email automation tools and setting up email flows to convert and retain customers.
• Ability to use spreadsheet formulas well to enhance your productivity
• Bonus: Experience profitably spending $20,000+ monthly on direct response ad campaigns specifically on Facebook ad network.
