Graduate Engineers will benefit from handson exposure across critical technical and commercial functions, work closely with experienced industry professionals, and receive targeted mentorship to fasttrack their development. This programme offers a unique opportunity to learn, add real value, and lay a strong foundation for a purposeful career.
Exceptional participants may be considered for fulltime employment upon successful completion of the programme.
Programme duration: 12 months.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be Nigerians with degrees in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Metallurgical & Materials Engineering.
Minimum academic qualification: Second Class Upper (2:1) or SecondClass Lower (with a Master's distinction)
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme in 2023 or later.
Must be selfmotivated, energetic, and demonstrate strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
