What You'll Do:

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment
• Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans
• Foster a love for learning through playful and interactive teaching methods
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing support as needed
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and support staff to ensure every child's success
• Participate in school events and activities, contributing to our vibrant school culture

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience: Previous experience working with young children preferred
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of child development principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to create a structured yet flexible learning environment
  • Basic understanding of using technology at work and in lesson delivery.
