    Early Childhood Educator

    Job Description:

    • LEMA/EIS is seeking Early Childhood Teachers to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing learning environment for our young learners.
    • You will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum, engaging children in educational activities, and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
    • The position will require effective communication with parents and collaborating with fellow teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities
    • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
    • Provide individualized attention and support to children
    • Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and development
    • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's academic and social growth
    • Collaborate with fellow teachers to plan and execute educational events and programs
    • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field NCE, BSc
    • Valid teaching certification/license (TRCN)
    • Previous experience working with young children in a teaching capacity
    • Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
    • Ability to design and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and technologies
