EA / Operations Officer at Boolean Labs Limited

Duties

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Coordinates all operational activities. This includes Logistics, Administration and staff daily tasks
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspond

Other Duties:

• Ensure that all processes and timelines are adhered to, in order to meet clients’ needs and demands.
• Provide weekly operational report of Activities to the MD.
• Facilitate the on-boarding and seamless integration of new clients and staff into the system.
• Ensure proper documentation process is carried out for all clients and staff
• Ensure to Liaise with Management on a periodic basis to ensure business retention and growth.

Qualification

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
