E-commerce Website Manager at CSi Grocery

Job Description

• We are currently looking for an ecommerce website specialist to drive our online store’s performance and look by managing product listings, optimizing content, and enhancing user experience. Ensure seamless site operations, strong SEO, and effective use of Google tools.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all product listings are accurate, well-optimized, and visually appealing.
• Upload new products and update existing products with any changes (pricing, descriptions, images, stock levels).
• Create and optimize blog content related to products, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Update inventory promptly to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Improve website speed, SEO, and overall user experience.
• Increase online visibility through SEO, Google tools, and digital ad strategies.
• Monitor and manage Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website or e-commerce-related issues promptly.
• Configure and update plugins, themes, and integrations.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align website updates with campaigns.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• You have at least zero to two years of work experience
• Must have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• Keep product listings accurate, optimized, and visually appealing (updating pricing, stock, images).
• Publish and refine blog content, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Improve site speed, SEO, and overall user experience.
• Monitor & act on insights from Google Analytics, Search Console, and Merchant Center.
• Quickly troubleshoot website, plugin, theme, and integration issues.
