E-Commerce Specialist at The Label Store

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our online store (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
• Implement SEO and digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and improve the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• 4 - 7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or eBay.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC,Wordpress and social media marketing.
• Analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Any additional requirements, e.g., degree in Marketing/Business]

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
• Basic graphic design skills.
