E-Commerce Sales Manager at Jamara Operations Limited

• Were seeking an experienced E-commerce Sales Manager who would be responsible for overseeing and driving the online sales strategies of Jamara Home to increase revenue and improve customer experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute e-commerce sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Website Management: Oversee the look and feel of the company website, ensuring it aligns with brand strategy and meets organizational standards.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to track sales trends, forecast future sales, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Digital Marketing: Plan and monitor digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns on platforms like Jumia.
• Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by improving the online shopping experience and resolving complaints swiftly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree / HND in business Admin, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in E-commerce management
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Jumia,Shopify etc.
