Overview

We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Officer to manage online sales platforms, product listings, orders, and customer experience while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations
- Upload and optimize product listings
- Monitor inventory and process orders
- Track sales performance and implement promotions
- Respond to customer inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Jumia
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
