    Driver to the Chief of Staff

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the Chief of Staff to work and back, and other specified locations in a timely manner.
    • Drive the Chief of Staff’s visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized.
    • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its interior and exterior parts.
    • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
    • Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary.
    • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take.
    • Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s).
    • Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, as well as following all company policies and procedures related to safe driving practices.
    • Maintain a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
    • Undertake additional and other ad-hoc tasks as may be required.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Must have at least a high school degree – SSCE/OND/HND
    • Must have at least two years of experience as a driver within a corporate organization.
    • Candidate must possess a valid Nigerian driver's license and have a clean driving record.
    • Working knowledge of the rules and regulations involved in the safe and efficient operation of automobiles.
    • Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance procedures.

    Compensation

    • Salary is N 75,000 – N 80,000 monthly.

    Location

    • The Role will be based in Abuja.
