Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced driver to join our manufacturing team in Nigeria as a Company Driver.
• This full-time role is responsible for safely operating company vehicles to transport raw materials, finished products, equipment, and personnel within Nigeria.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Safely drive box trucks, vans, or cars to deliver materials and products between facilities, to vendors, ports, and customers
• Plan efficient delivery routes and schedules to meet transport needs and timelines
• Load and unload vehicles properly, securing cargo for safe transit
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance issues
• Maintain driver logs according to regulations
• Comply with applicable transportation laws and driving regulations
• Maintain a valid Nigerian commercial driver's license and clean driving record.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE qualification
• 4+ years of experience driving commercial vehicles in Lagos.
• Valid Nigerian CDL with necessary endorsements
• Clean driving record with no major infractions
• Excellent knowledge of Lagos road and highway rules
• Professional conduct and communication skills
• Ability to safely operate vehicles and adhere to defensive driving techniques
• Strong time management and organization abilities
• Attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
