Driver at Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy

• The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy is seeking a responsible, experienced, and professional Driver to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong driving skills, discipline, and a high level of integrity while supporting official transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, guests, and officials to assigned destinations 
• Ensure punctuality and adherence to scheduled movements 
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle(s) 
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and promptly report faults or maintenance needs 
• Observe all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times 
• Be available to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required 
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all assignments 

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record 
• At least 3–5 years of professional driving experience (corporate or government setting preferred) 
• Should be able to drive a 30-seater bus and a private car 
• Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations 
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and reliability 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure 

Additional Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and of sound health 
• Must be willing to resume immediately if selected 
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
