Job description

• Drive staff, clients ,and guests to and from meetings, property sites and other destination assigned.
• Deliver and collect documents ,parcels, or other items between company offices, clients, and government offices.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean ,fueled, and in good working condition daily.
• Perform routine checks and report any faults immediately.
• Adhere to all traffic rules, company driving policies , and safety regulations.
• Schedule and track servicing, repairs, and license renewals of company's vehicles.
• Assist other departments during property inspections and client visits.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements ,mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Support logistics during company's events, and marketing activities.
• Represent the company positively through neat appearance, punctuality, and courteous behavior.
• Help with basic office purchases.
• Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive documents responsibly.
• Drive staff and clients with mobility needs when needed.
