Driver Instructor Manager at Transport Services Limited

We are currently seeking a Driver Instructor Manager to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Train new and existing drivers and conduct refresher training.
• Assess driver performance and identify areas requiring further training.
• Conduct driver assessments, road tests, on-board monitoring and shadow monitoring.
• Develop and update driver assessment questions and training materials.
• Prepare and manage driver training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
• Conduct periodic depot visits and spot checks.
• Train drivers on relevant HSSEQ policies, traffic regulations and highway codes.
• Monitor and promote compliance with safety and operational requirements.
• Identify and implement innovative approaches to driver training and development.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related field/equivalent qualification.
• Certification: Smith System Certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of postgraduate experience, preferably in an administrative or driver training role.
