Driver at Emmaking Construction Limited

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day driving for Managing Director to and from office, appointments, and meetings, etc.
• Ensure timely pick up from residence to office and other locations at the time requested by Managing Director.
• Responsible and ensure safety of MD and other passenger in the vehicle.
• Comply with all road and traffic rules. Follow all safety rules at all times.
• Punctual, reliable and possess good time management.
• Ready to work overtime and outstation.
• Maintain and handle the assigned motor vehicle with great care including sending for regular maintenance and service, ensure cleanliness of the vehicle inside and outside.
• Carrying out daily checks of oil, fuel, water, car wash etc.
• Work closely with admin to schedule regular car service appointments and report if any issues.
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to plan and determine the most efficient trip, to avoid delay on reaching destination.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions.
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed.
• Ensuring vehicles are parked safely and free from traffic summons.
• Responsible for collecting and delivering company documents/goods to all assigned areas.
• And attend any other ad-hoc administrative task assigned by HR department.
