Job Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team.
• The Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of employees, clients, and office materials as required.
• This role also involves maintaining the vehicle in top condition and assisting with other office errands as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, executives, and visitors to and from various locations (e.g., meetings, airports, events).
• Ensure timely delivery and pickup of office-related materials, packages, and documents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle(s).
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in proper working order (oil changes, tire checks, etc.).
• Follow traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of all passengers and goods.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as necessary.
• Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or delays to the Office Manager immediately.
• Run errands as requested by the office (e.g., banking, picking up supplies).
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff, clients, and external contacts.
• Ensure proper documentation for any travel or mileage as required by the company.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 2 - 5 years proven experience as a driver (preferably in an office environment)
• Excellent knowledge of local roadways and traffic laws.
• Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks (e.g., checking fluid levels, tire pressure).
• Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible.
• Must be residing around Victoria Island.
