Driver Admin Manager

- Experience 3 - 5 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Administration / Secretarial
Job Description:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of company drivers.
- Monitor drivers’ performance, discipline, and compliance with safety policies.
- Maintain accurate driver records, licenses, and documentation.
- Oversee training programs to improve driver efficiency and safety awareness.
- Ensure drivers’ welfare and resolve operational challenges.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in driver management, fleet operations, or HR.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Nigerian transport regulations and road safety laws.
