Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative draftsman to join our dynamic team. The draftsman will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual architectural designs into detailed, technical drawings and plans. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that construction projects are executed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop architectural construction drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Create and revise 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD.
• Generate accurate and detailed technical drawings for construction, including specifications, materials, and dimensions.
• Assist in ensuring that projects comply with relevant building codes and regulations.
• Provide support in the development of design concepts and design development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Draughtsman in an architectural or engineering firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Nigeria.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
