Document Control Analyst at TeamAce Limited

Job Summary

As our document and control analyst, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining documentation systems to ensure the accuracy, accessibility, and security of records. 

Responsibilities

• Process and control all project documents on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure quality documentation, such as drawings, RFIs, and incoming and outgoing registers is maintained.
• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.
• Prepare process documents, organize an archiving system, and ensure all team members have access to necessary documentation
• Prepare and analyze production/quality data for management.

Requirements

• B.Sc./BE/HND in Science and Administration
• Minimum of 4years proven work experience in document management/data analysis, archive management or records.
• Knowledge of document management systems like SharePoint, OnlyOffice, DocuWare Cloud, Rubex.
• Proficiency in document capturing systems like CAPSYS Capture and Eerox DocuShare.

Salary

N300,000 – N400,000
