    Division Manager

    Role Description

    • As the Electric Division Manager at Kimberly’s Electric, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our electrical division across both the Lagos and Asaba branches. You will lead a team of sales associates, technicians, and support staff to ensure exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain high standards of product quality and installation services.
    •  Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the electric division team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
    • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Actively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at both branches, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
    • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of product quality, installation services, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular quality checks and implement improvements as needed.
    • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and technical expertise.
    • Travel: Willingness to travel between the Lagos and Asaba branches as needed to oversee operations and support staff.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related field (preferred).
    • Proven experience in sales management or retail leadership, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for lighting and electrical products, with a deep understanding of industry trends and technologies.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to travel between branches and work flexible hours as needed.
