The Divisional Head, Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight across all shared service functions, including Human Resources, Administration, Procurement, Facilities, and related support services.
This role is critical to ensuring efficient service delivery, cost optimisation, strong governance, and operational excellence across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and oversight across HR, IT Administration, Procurement, Facilities, L&D, Corporate Branding & Communication and other shared services
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimisation, and service delivery excellence
Implement structured policies, systems, and performance management frameworks
Lead and develop high-performing, multi-functional teams
Ensure compliance, governance, and effective risk management
Develop and implement change management frameworks, communication plans, and training strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, policies, and organizational models.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field (required).
Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 8 years in a senior role overseeing multiple corporate functions.
Proven experience in a large, complex organization, preferably within EPC, construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated success in integrating support functions, driving operational excellence, and supporting organizational transformation.
Professional certifications in HR, IT, Risk Management, or Corporate Governance are advantageous.
