Strategic and Operational accountability for all logistics and distribution activities in Nigeria
Demonstrate leadership in Logistics & Distribution processes, policies and standards including demand planning, warehousing, transportation, customer service and import/export.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of end to end supply chain process, including systems and process interfaces with mills, procurement and S&OP.
As a member of the Nigeria leadership team, actively participate to the strategic decisions to meet the company goals, and make sure logistics and distribution activities are aligned to those strategic decisions.

Lead to identify cost saving opportunities through operational efficiency in the value chain to improve K-C’s level of profitability and make sure that the identified opportunities are brought into life, change management
Compliance to CFI’s in all L&D activities
Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have need to know. Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet concise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive.
Identify and work with stakeholders to solve, systemic and complex L&D related issues, product shortages and loading or carrier constraints.
Initiate/lead or contribute significant logistics & distribution projects that are adding value in support of delivering KPI’s and the business results.
Support the development and process improvement of L&D specific processes in related areas.
Understand and ensure appropriate application of Nigeria regulations, policies and procedures in the operations. Build relationships with Government offices where needed, work closely with legal and regulatory teams.
Develop KPI’s and strategies for L&D process, and lead efforts to make progress on all reporting and metric enhancement initiatives.
