Job Specifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or JD) from an accredited institution.
Active bar membership. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum of 1 years post-call experience in dispute resolution and/or tax law.Preferably in a reputable law firm or legal consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of dispute resolution strategies and procedures. Including litigation, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.
Familiarity with tax laws and regulations including tax planning, compliance, and controversy matters.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Capacity to present complex legal concepts clearly.
Detail-oriented and able to provide accurate, precise, and strategic legal advice.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Proficiency in legal research tools and technology.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in the DRT space.
Business development experience and familiarity with the DRT space is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and client confidentiality.
