Job Overview

• We are seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our team at WellMed Healthcare Limited.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe collection, delivery, and transportation of medical samples, test results, and equipment between our diagnostic center and partner facilities.
• The role requires a high level of professionalism, adherence to safety protocols, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely pick up medical samples from clinics or patients and deliver them to the diagnostic center on time.
• Transport test results, medical supplies, and equipment between the center and partner facilities.
• Perform routine checks and upkeep of delivery vehicle, reporting any issues for timely repairs.
• Interact professionally with clients, providing delivery updates and answering basic questions.
• Adhere to all safety regulations for transporting medical samples and sensitive information.
• Respond promptly to time-sensitive requests and communicate any delay.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Prior experience as a dispatch rider or delivery driver, preferably in a healthcare or logistics setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive materials with care.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare logistics or medical sample handling is an added advantage
• Familiarity with the local area and efficient route planning.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with varying work hours, including the possibility of weekend shifts.
• Occasional physical labor, including lifting medical equipment or supplies.
