Job Summary

• We are searching for dispatch rider whose job solely is to deliver items to customers by verifying orders, inventorying stock, arranging transportation.
• The dispatch rider will be responsible for outdoor delivery, sending and collecting of official documents, materials, packages and bulky items when needed.

Job Description

• Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status, and answering questions.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
• Ensuring that assigned motorcycle is used for authorized assignments and is in good working condition.
• Ensuring the company's products are easily accessible in various locations daily.
• Assist in easy dissemination of parcel within and outside to the company's vendors or providers.
• Assist in relating to the company's other retail outlets.
