Job Summary

• We are a reputable healthcare company seeking a reliable and responsible Dispatch Rider to support our logistics operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of medical supplies, laboratory samples, documents, and other healthcare-related items.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medical supplies, laboratory samples, and documents promptly and safely.
• Ensure proper handling of healthcare items, especially sensitive materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgements.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, hospitals, and partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification.
• Valid rider’s permit.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a dispatch rider (experience in healthcare logistics is an added advantage).
• Good knowledge of Ikeja and surrounding routes.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and integrity.
• Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
