Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a reliable, experienced, and responsible Dispatch Rider to join our team in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver company products, documents, and other items to customers and designated locations.
• Pick up and deliver orders promptly and safely.
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections.
• Ensure the motorcycle is properly maintained and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Follow all company policies and road safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Dispatch Rider.
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently and safely.
• Must have a valid motorcycle riding licence/required documentation.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes, major roads, and different locations.
• Ability to use navigation tools such as Google Maps.
• Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations.
• Ability to handle deliveries carefully and ensure items reach customers in good condition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to work under pressure.
• Previous experience working with an FMCG, logistics, or distribution company is an added advantage.
