Dispatch Rider at Brightfield Medical Diagnostics

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Duties

• Ride company’s motorcycle to accomplish official duties
• Must observe all HSE driving related policies to ensure the consistent safety of documents and motorcycle
• Must ensure that assigned motorcycle documents/ particulars are updated and valid.
• Must ensure that the motorcycle is cleaned routinely
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection on the general condition of the assigned motorcycle and must properly lock the motorcycle when there is a need to leave them unattended.
• Responsible for moving items to the branches or any other location.
• Record information, such as items received and delivered
• Plan and follow the most efficient routes for collecting and making deliveries
• Ensure proper and efficient use of company tools (Motorcycle, Sales Application etc)
• Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification and Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as a Dispatch Rider
• At least Senior School Leaving Certificate (WAEC, NECO)
• Individuals must possess a valid motorcycle rider’s license
• Excellent knowledge of all Lagos (Mainland and Island) road routes.
• Must have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and keeping expense records.
• Exceptional Customer Service competence.
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to ride motorbike professionally
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to follow instructions
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
