We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience as a dispatch rider and must be familiar with navigating city streets and traffic patterns.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain signatures as required
• Perform routine maintenance on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to the dispatcher
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
• Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• At least one year of experience as a dispatch rider
• Familiarity with navigating city streets and traffic patterns
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
