The position is responsible for managing the operational and financial aspects of a facility. This includes budget management, facility planning, risk mitigation, and overseeing routine maintenance, safety, and security. The position also ensures compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards, and provides long-range planning to support future needs. The position supervises building and grounds maintenance, utilities, and energy management systems to provide

Qualification:

• A professional Engineer (registered with COREN), Builder, Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Town planner or allied fields.
• Must be registered /eligible for registration with relevant professional bodies.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of cognate experience.
• Must be computer literate.
