Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Direct Sales Executive (DSE) to drive customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, and product adoption.
• The role is responsible for acquiring new customers, supporting the onboarding process, resolving customer issues, and ensuring active usage of the Bank's products and services through regular field engagement.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new customers and merchants.
• Drive activation and sustained usage of the Bank's products and services.
• Provide onsite support to customers and resolve onboarding or service-related issues.
• Conduct regular field visits to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned acquisition, activation, and portfolio growth targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or business development within a bank, fintech, or investment company.
• Experience in customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, and field sales.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem solving skills.
• Self motivated, target driven, and willing to  work extensively in the field.
