This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate based in Jos. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and meeting performance targets. Daily task include account recruitment, deposit mobilization and promoting banking products and services, assisting clients with account-related requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Associate will collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving the bank's overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proven ability in sales, relationship management, and negotiation
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide effective solutions
Experience with market research and developing sales strategies
Proficiency in using basic computer applications and banking software
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
NCE, ND or Bsc
Previous experience in banking, financial services, or a sales-related role is an advantage
