    Direct Sales Agent

    As a Direct Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in driving growth by connecting with businesses, promoting our financial management platform, and providing solutions that help them thrive. You will be the face of the organization, ensuring excellent customer experience while consistently meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospect and generating leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Actively market the organization’s financial management tools, including cash flow tracking, expense management, and budgeting solutions, to prospective clients in your territory.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to potential clients’ business needs.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals while adhering to company policies.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and company standards.
    •  Educate clients on the benefits of digital financial management and facilitate smooth onboarding.
    •  Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
    •  Participate in local events, workshops, and roadshows to promote the organization’s services.
    • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
    • Offer ongoing support, including training and troubleshooting for clients.

    Required Skills & Competencies

    •  Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
    •  Proven experience in direct sales or client-facing roles; experience in fintech or B2B sales is a plus.
    •  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    •   Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
    •   Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about achieving targets.
    •   Familiarity with digital financial platforms and technology.
