    Direct Sales Agent

    Responsibilities

    • Conduct direct sales activities to promote Trispay products and services.
    • Acquire and onboard new customers through effective sales strategies.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
    • Educate customers on Trispay's features, benefits, and value proposition.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
    • Provide timely and accurate feedback to the sales management team.

    Requirements

    • Minimum educational qualification: [OND].
    • 1 - 7 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
    • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Familiarity with mobile payment solutions and financial technologies.
