Direct Sales Agent (DSA) at Premium Human Resource Solution Limited

Job Responsibilities

• Marketing of retail banking products and services
• Check pickups (revenue collection)
• Prepare call memos
• Prepare target market list
• Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
• Assist with loan request documentation.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
• Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
• Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.

Qualification

• NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc.
• Experience: At least one year of sales/marketing experience is required.
